摘　　要：随着中国碳达峰碳中和战略的推进,竹产业这个兼具生态和经济价值的绿色产业迎来了新机遇。文章阐述了湖南省桃江县竹资源和产业发展现状,利用SWOT模型分析了桃江县在碳中和背景下发展竹产业的内在优势、劣势和所面临的外在机遇和挑战;在此基础上,重点围绕生产方式、融资渠道、创新能力、产业集群、产业融合等方面,提出了实现桃江县竹产业持续健康、高质量发展的建议与对策。With the promotion of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality strategy,bamboo industry,a green industry with both ecological and economic values,has ushered in a new opportunity.This paper summarizes the status of bamboo resources and industrial development in Taojiang County,Hunan Province,and discusses the internal advantages,disadvantages and external opportunities&threats of developing bamboo industry under the background of carbon neutrality using SWOT analysis model.Based on the discussions,the suggestions and countermeasures are put forward to achieve sustainable,healthy and high-quality development of local bamboo industry with a view to production mode,financing channel,innovation capacity,industrial cluster and industrial integration.
