摘　　要：建于滨海软土地区的重型工业厂区,建筑物自重大、堆载面积广。土层中的淤泥、淤泥质土等软弱层变形量大,重型工业厂房容易发生较大量的沉降,对厂房的安全和生产的正常运行产生影响。以某冶金厂房为例,上部采用外包钢板增大截面,基础采用高压旋喷桩固化地基等加固方法进行处理。加固完成后两年多的沉降变形监测数据说明,该种加固方法可以有效地解决滨海软土地区的建筑物沉降问题。Built in the coastal soft land area of heavy industrial plant,with large buildings and load area of the site.The soft layer such as silt and silty soil in the soil layer has a large deformation,and the heavy industrial workshop is prone to a large amount of settlement,which will affect the safety and normal operation of the workshop.In this paper,a metallurgical plant is taken as an example.The upper part of the plant is reinforced with outer steel plate to increase the section,and the foundation is solidified by high pressure jet grouting pile.The settlement deformation monitoring data of more than two years after the completion of the reinforcement show that this reinforcement method can effectively solve the settlement problem of buildings in coastal soft land area.
