2020年某院门急诊中成药处方不合理用药分析

摘　　要：目的了解中成药使用不合理情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法抽取2020年1月~12月门急诊处方19575张,对其相关用药信息进行回顾性分析,并给予合理性评价。结果19575张处方中,不合理中成药处方157张,占不合理处方总数的36.5%。其中适应证不适宜处方占中成药不合理处方的37.6%,存在配伍禁忌处方占36.3%,重复用药的处方占19.1%,用法用量不适宜的处方占4.5%,遴选药品不适宜处方占2.5%。结论中成药使用不合理的现象仍旧存在,其中以适应证不适宜、存在配伍禁忌及重复用药等问题为主,临床药师应加强对中成药处方的审核干预,规范中成药的使用,促进临床合理用药。Objective To understand the unreasonable use of Chinese patent medicine and provide reference for clinical rational drug use.Methods 19575 outpatient and emergency prescriptions from January to December 2020 were selected,and the relevant medication information was retrospectively analyzed and evaluated.Results Among the 19575 prescriptions,157 were irrational Chinese patent medicine prescriptions,accounting for 36.5%of the total irrational prescriptions.Among them,the prescriptions with unsuitable indications accounted for 37.6%of the unreasonable prescriptions of Chinese patent drugs,the prescriptions with incompatibility accounted for 36.3%,the prescriptions with repeated medication accounted for 19.1%,the prescriptions with inappropriate usage and dosage accounted for 4.5%,and the prescriptions with unsuitable selected drugs accounted for 2.5%.Conclusion The irrational use of Chinese patent medicine still exists,mainly including inappropriate indications,incompatibility and repeated use of drugs.Clinical pharmacists should strengthen the audit and intervention of the application of Chinese patent medicine,standardize the use of Chinese patent medicine and promote clinical rational use of drugs.
