摘  要:电喷汽油发动机燃烧可燃油气混合气体,电脑根据空气流量计测得的数据,控制喷油量[1],在做功过程中会产生HC、CO、NO、CO_(2)等尾气,排放量的大小与发动机运行工况存在联系。本次试验选取广汽某车型作为研究试验对象,利用南华NHA-506废气分析仪作为尾气检测仪器,获取发动机在失火故障状态下的尾气排放量,并对测试数据进行分析。研究结果表明,通过尾气含量分析进行发动机失火故障快速诊断是可行的。The electric injection gasoline engine burns the mixture of combustible oil and gas,and the computer controls the fuel injection amount[1]according to the data measured by the air flowmeter.In the process of working,exhaust gases such as HC,CO,NO and CO_(2)will be produced.The amount of emissions is related to the operating condition of the engine.In this test,a vehicle producted by GAC was selected as the research object,and nanhua NHA-506 exhaust gas analyzer was used as the exhaust gas detection instrument to obtain the exhaust emissions of the engine in the misfire fault state,and the test data were analyzed.The results show that it is feasible to diagnose engine misfire fault quickly by analyzing exhaust gas content.
