摘  要:数控铣床加工汽车零部件时手工编写的程序简短精练,尤其是宏程序,能将有规律的形状或尺寸用最短的程序表示出来,具有极好的易读性和修改性,程序逻辑严密,通用性极强,通过宏程序编程不但能锻炼编程者的编程能力,更能深入地了解自动编程的本质,本文以法那科系统为例介绍两种汽车零部件中经常会用到的宏程序经典案例供读者参考学习,在生产实践中具有一定的借鉴作用。When CNC milling machines process auto parts,the manually writtenprograms are short and concise,especially macro programs,which can express regular shapes or sizes with the shortest program,have excellent legibility and modification,and have strict program logic and strong versatility,through the macro program programming can not only exercise the programmer's programming ability,but also deeply understand the essence of automatic programming,this article to the Fanuco system as an example to introduce the two kinds of auto parts often used in the macro program classic case for the reader's reference to learn,in the production practice has a certain reference role.
