铸牢中华民族共同体意识视角下归侨群体的“五个认同”研究--以广西侨港镇为例

摘　　要：作为中国最大的印支难民安置点,广西侨港镇成立至今已有四十余年的历史。在侨港镇经济快速发展,社会各项事业全面进步的同时,当地归侨群体对伟大祖国、中华民族、中华文化、中国共产党、中国特色社会主义的认同不断深化提升,其中华民族共同体意识日益形成并得以巩固铸牢。侨港镇的事实经验不仅为铸牢中华民族共同体意识的学术研究提供了个案参考,也为其他归侨安置地区相关工作的实际开展提供了借鉴启发。“Forging a sense of community for the Chinese nation”is not only an important guiding ideology for current ethnic work,but it also provides the ideological foundation and organic unity for consolidating and developing a patriotic united front in the new era.However,existing research on“forging a sense of community for the Chinese Nation”-a study on returned overseas Chinese that hasn t been published yet-urgently calls for attention and input of the academic community.As the largest resettlement location for Indo-Chinese refugees in China and the only town which was specially set up for relocation of returned overseas Chinese in China,Qiaogang Town in Guangxi was established more than 40 years ago.Under the leadership of the Party and the government,it has gradually developed into a major fishery town in China.In 2018,the gross social product of Qiaogang Town was about 3.5 billion yuan,and the per capita net income of farmers(fishermen)was more than 22,100 yuan.At the same time,various social undertakings of Qiaogang Town also have been initiated rapidly and harmoniously.Until now,Qiaogang Town has been repeatedly ranked as an“Advanced Collective”by both the National Overseas Chinese Affairs Office and the Federation of Overseas Chinese.It also has won many honorary titles,such as“Harmonious Township in Autonomous Region,”“National Civilized Town,”“National Characteristic Town,”“National One Village,One Product Model Town,”and“National Rural Governance Model Town.”Meanwhile,the United Nations Refugee Agency praised Qiaogang town as“a brilliant model and showcase for the resettlement of refugees in the world.”In addition,the city also has become a development model among the relocation sites for returned overseas Chinese in China.In the work of forging a sense of community for the Chinese nation,identity issues are the main problems to be solved.Among them,the“five identities”proposed by President Xi Jinping are considered the most crucial.They are identification with the gr
