摘　　要：中国共产党领导的红军长征四川阶段是我党将马克思主义中国化的重要时期,党把马克思主义民族理论与中国革命实践相结合,形成了以毛泽东民族理论为代表的中国共产党民族领导力。中国共产党民族领导力实践体现在政治领导力、思想引领力、群众组织力、社会号召力四个方面,具备清晰的主体、内容和客体构成,中国共产党在长征时期的民族领导力实践是党的民族领导力初步形成时期。长征时期党的民族领导力在四川民族地区的实践体现了民族团结的大好局面源自中国共产党带领中华民族实现伟大复兴的民族领导力,也凸显出中国共产党民族领导力从民族独立到多元一体,再发展到共同体,凸显了中国共产党民族政策领导力的人民性、民主性内涵。The time when the Red Army's Long March-led by the Communist Party of China(CPC)-passed through Sichuan was an important period for the CPC to adapt Marxism to the Chinese context.From November 1934 to August 1936,the Central Committee of the CPC issued at least 14 important documents,most of which were instructions,telegrams,and letters concerning the work towards ethnic minorities in southwest China,mainly in Sichuan province;these showed that the Party attached great importance to ethnic policy making when the Long March passed through Sichuan.These documents explained the CPC's ethnic ways and means in a very specific and systematic way,from the aspects of politics,ideology,organization,and mobilization.They effectively guided the Red Army to carry out the ethnic work smoothly in Sichuan and promoted the Red Army's awareness of the importance of the CPC's ethnic policies aimed at ethnic unity and the survival of the Chinese nation.These ethnic policies implemented by the CPC in Sichuan during the Long March enriched and developed the CPC's ethnic theory and practical experience,laying a good foundation for the CPC's national leadership.The practice of the CPC's leadership in ethnic minority areas during the Long March crystallized into four aspects:political leadership,ideological leadership,mass organization,and social appeal.It can be judged that the practice of the CPC's national governance during the Long March is the initial formation period of the party's national leadership.During the Long March,the Red Army under the leadership of the CPC adhered to Marxism-Leninism's national theory,invented the Party's ethnic policies,widely publicized them,and finally implemented them.These programs received the recognition,response,and support of the people of all ethnic groups,laying a solid theoretical and practical foundation for the eventual formation of the party's socialist national community theory.During the Long March period,the CPC and the Red Army successfully innovated and conducted the party's ethnic
