摘 要:目的探讨数字化3D技术在第二趾趾间关节移植重建手部关节缺损中的应用效果。方法将50例手部关节损伤患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组(应用数字化3D技术,25例)和对照组(不应用数字化3D技术,25例)。比较两组术后并发症发生率、手部功能恢复情况。结果患者均获得随访,时间3~24个月。术后并发症发生率观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后3个月患指关节屈曲活动度观察组为117°~130°(122.32°±5.52°),明显大于对照组的98°~120°(110.57°±6.73°),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组供区功能皆无异常。结论数字化3D技术辅助下采用第二趾趾间关节移植重建手部关节缺损能有效提高手术治疗效果,降低术后并发症发生率,更利于患者手部功能的恢复。Objective To investigate the effect of digital three-dimensional(3D)technique in the reconstruction of hand joint defect with interphalangeal joint transplantation of the second toe.Methods The 50 patients with hand joint defects were randomly divided into observation group(25 cases with digital 3D technique)and control group(25 cases without digital 3D technique).The incidence rate of postoperative complications and the recovery situation of hand function were compared between the two groups.Results All patients were followed up foR3~24 months.The incidence rate of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly loweRthan that in the control group(P<0.05).At 3 months postoperation,the flexion activity of the affected fingeRjoint was 117°~130°(122.32°±5.52°)in the observation group,which was significantly largeRthan the control group of 98°~120°(110.57°±6.73°),there was significant difference(P<0.05).The donoRfunction of the two groups was normal.Conclusions It can effectively improve the effect of surgical treatment that interphalangeal joint transplantation of the second toe assisted with digital 3D technique are used to reconstruct the hand joint defect,which reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and is more conducive to the recovery of hand function.
