摘 要:目的探讨3D打印技术辅助治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效。方法采用3D打印技术辅助治疗17例胫骨平台骨折患者。根据Rasmussen胫骨髁部骨折复位解剖学评分标准评价术后骨折复位质量,根据HSS评分标准评价膝关节功能,记录骨折愈合情况和末次随访时膝关节活动度。结果患者均获得随访,时间12~18个月。根据Rasmussen胫骨髁部骨折复位解剖学评分标准评价术后骨折复位质量:优10例,良6例,可1例,优良率为16/17。患者均获得骨性愈合,时间12~16周。术后12个月根据HSS评分标准评价膝关节功能:总分54~88分,其中优4例,良6例,中5例,差2例,优良率10/17。末次随访时膝关节活动度为105°~135°(118.2°±9.2°)。结论术前重建3D打印骨折模型有助于为胫骨平台骨折患者制定个性化手术方案,同时结合手术导板,可进一步提高手术准确度,获得较好的手术疗效。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of 3-dimensional(3D)printing technique assisted surgery in the treatment of the tibial plateau fractures.Methods The 17 patients with tibial plateau fractures were treated by surgery assisted with 3D printing technique.Rasmussen anatomical score criterion foRreduction of tibial condylaRfracture was used to evaluate the quality of postoperative fracture reduction,the knee joint function was evaluated with the HSS score criterion,and the fracture healing situation and the knee joint range of motion of the last follow-up were recorded.Results All patients were followed up foR12~18 months.According to the Rasmussen score criterion foRreduction of tibial condylaRfracture,the quality of postoperative fracture reduction was evaluated:excellent in 10 cases,good in 6,and faiRin 1,the excellent and good rate of fracture reduction was 16/17.Bony healing was obtained in all cases,and the fracture healing time was 12~16 weeks.At 12 months postoperation,knee joint function was evaluated according to the HSS score:the total scores were 54~88 points,of which 4 cases were excellent,6 cases were good,5 fair,and 2 poor,the excellent and good rate was 10/17.At the last follow-up,range of motion of the knee joint was 105°~135°(118.2°±9.2°).Conclusions 3D printing technique helps clinicians develop personalized surgical plans foRpatients with tibial plateau fractures.Combining the surgical guide template,the accuracy of surgery can be furtheRimproved,which can gain betteRsurgical effect.
