摘 要:为了提升全电动赛车的过载能力和高速性能,提出采用高速开关磁阻电机作为驱动电机。分析了赛车不同工况下的性能需求,选择合理的减速比,确定了开关磁阻电机的基本性能指标;基于有限元方法对初始方案进行优化,以提高起动转矩,扩大恒功率输出范围,提取了开关磁阻电机的效率/功率map图。通过实验验证了该设计方案的可行性,并根据实际需求,调整了低速工况下斩波电流的控制方式,发挥高速开关磁阻电机用于全电动赛车的性能优势。A high-speed switched reluctance motor was proposed as the driving motor for improving the overload capacity and high-speed performance of pure-electric racing cars.The performance requirements of the racing car under different working conditions were analyzed,the reasonable reduction ratio was selected and the basic performance indicators of the switched reluctance motor were determined.Based on finite element method(FEM),an optimized scheme was proposed to increase the starting torque and expand the constant power output.The efficiency/power map of the switched reluctance motor was extracted.The feasibility of the design scheme was verified through experiments.To improve the advantages of high-speed switched reluctance motor in electric racing,the control method of the chopper current under lowspeed conditions was adjusted.
