摘 要:将三段式Halbach阵列应用于同轴磁性联轴器,基于模拟退火算法进行了优化设计。该方案可以使永磁体用量减少22.3%。引入惩罚函数,将含约束函数的优化问题转化为无约束函数的优化问题,建立了基于响应曲面法的复合性能函数,采用模拟退火算法对最优复合性能函数进行求解。仿真实验验证,优化后同轴磁性联轴器永磁体的转矩密度提升了53.9%,同轴磁性联轴器的总体积减少了18.4%,验证了三段式Halbach阵列和优化策略的有效性。A three-stage Halbach array was applied to coaxial magnetic coupling,and the optimization design was carried out based on simulated annealing algorithm.After three-stage Halbach permanent magnet(PM)arrays were employed to coaxial magnetic coupling,the volume of permanent magnet was reduced by 22.3%.The penalty function was introduced to transform the optimization problem with constraint function into the optimization problem without constraint function.The composite performance function based on response surface method was established,and the optimal composite performance function was solved by simulated annealing algorithm.The simulation results show that the torque density of the permanent magnet was increased by 53.9%and the volume of coaxial magnetic coupling was reduced by 18.4%.Compared with the traditional radial magnetized coaxial magnetic coupling,which verifies the effectiveness of the three-stage Halbach PM arrays and the optimization strategy.
