摘  要:目的:研究不同运动方式对高原60-69岁老年女性血流变指标的变化规律,总结出适合高原老年女性的健身方法与手段,为高原老年女性正确健身方式提供参考依据。方法:本研究所有受试者血液样本均采用国产全自动血液粘度仪旋转式粘度计法进行实验检测流变学指标。结果:(1)与不运动组比较,太极拳组和健身操舞组红细胞数、红细胞比积、红细胞压积均高于不运动组,具有显著性差异(p<0.01),但都在正常范围内变化。(2)与不运动组比较,健步走组红细胞数、全血还原粘度(高切、中切、低切)均显著高于不运动组(p<0.01)。(3)组间比较,太极拳组、健身操舞组、健身走组各组间均无明显差别。结论:(1)总体来看,太极拳组、健身操舞组、健步走组在红细胞数基本一致的情况下,太极拳组血液还原粘度、红细胞刚性指数、红细胞压积等指标均低于其他组。表明,在高原参加太极拳运动能有效改善中老年女性血流变质量,减少血液粘稠度和提高红细胞变性能力,更能保证老年女性脑组织的正常血液供应。(2)在高原参加太极拳、健身操舞、健步走三种有氧运动均能明显增加红细胞数和红细胞比积,提高机体携氧能力。但从改善血液流变学指标的效果来看,太极拳运动最好,健身操舞次之,而健步走运动并未有明显效果,可能与运动过程中运动强度和运动量有关。Objective:to study the changes of hemorheological indexes of 60-69-year-old women at high altitude in different exercise modes,and to summarize the fitness methods and means suitable for the elderly women at high altitude,it provides the reference basis for the plateau old woman's correct body-building way.Methods:All the blood samples of the subjects in this study were tested by the home-made automatic blood viscometer and rotational viscometer.Results:(1)compared with the non-exercise Group,the Taijiquan Group and the aerobic dancing group had significantly higher red blood cell count,hematocrit and Hematocrit than the non-exercise Group(P&Lt;0.01),but they all changed in the normal range.(2)compared with the non-exercise group,the Red Blood Cell Count and whole blood reduced viscosity(Gauche,mid-cut,low-cut)in the walking group were significantly higher than those in the non-exercise Group(P&Lt;0.01).(3)there was no significant difference among the groups:Taijiquan Group,Aerobics Dancing Group and fitness walking group.Conclusion:(1)as a whole,the blood viscosity,erythrocyte rigidity index and Hematocrit of Taijiquan Group,Aerobic Dancing Group and walking group were lower than those of other groups.It shows that taking part in Taijiquan exercise at high altitude can effectively improve the blood rheology quality,reduce the blood viscosity and improve the ability of red blood cell degeneration,and ensure the normal blood supply to the brain tissue of the aged women.(2)taking part in three aerobic exercises such as Taijiquan,aerobics dance and brisk walking at high altitude can obviously increase the number and specific product of red blood cells,and improve the oxygen carrying capacity of the body.But from the effect of improving the index of hemorheology,Taijiquan exercise is the best,aerobics dance is the second,and brisk walking exercise has no obvious effect,which may be related to the intensity and quantity of exercise during the exercise.
