摘 要:风电的随机性和不可控性,造成了对含有风电的综合能源系统的稳定性分析缺乏采用常规分析方法所需的先决条件。为能够对含有风电消纳的综合能源系统稳定性进行有效分析,提出了信息间隙决策理论鲁棒分析方法。基于信息间隙决策理论,建立了含不确定风电的鲁棒分析模型。在计及电力网络、天然气网络和储能单元等相关约束后,以运行经济成本最小为目标,分析了存在储能单元和燃气轮机等4种场景下,综合能源系统的稳定性。仿真实验表明,储能单元和燃气轮机增强了系统对不确定风电的消纳能力,有效提高了系统的鲁棒性。Due to the randomness and uncontrollability of wind power,the stability analysis of integrated energy systems with wind power lacks the prerequisites required by conventional analysis methods.In order to effectively analyze the stability of integrated energy system with wind power consumption,a robust analysis method of information gap decision theory is proposed in this paper.Based on the information gap decision theory,a robust analysis model with uncertain wind power was established.Taking the constraints of power network,natural gas network and energy storage unit into account,the stability of the integrated energy system in four scenarios including energy storage unit and gas turbine was analyzed in order to minimize the operating economic cost.The simulation results show that the energy storage unit and gas turbine enhance the system’s ability to absorb uncertain wind power,and effectively improve the system’s robustness.
