摘　　要：目的:分析二氧化碳激光联合光动力治疗外阴尖锐湿疣的临床疗效和不良反应情况。方法:回顾分析2019年1月—2020年1月在南通大学附属医院皮肤科治疗的外阴尖锐湿疣患者160例,按治疗方法不同分为两组,每组80例。对照组采用二氧化碳激光治疗,观察组采用二氧化碳激光联合光动力治疗,统计3个月后的疗效及6个月后的复发率。结果:治疗3个月后,观察组的有效率为93.75%,对照组为70.00%(P<0.05)。6个月后随访观察组的复发率(6.25%)明显低于对照组(26.25%)(P<0.05),观察组疼痛评分显著低于对照组,不良反应消退时间及创面愈合时间均短于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:二氧化碳激光联合光动力治疗外阴尖锐湿疣临床效果显著,能明显改善临床复发率,缓解患者疼痛,加速患者创面愈合,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect and adverse reactions of carbon dioxide laser combined with photodynamic therapy for vulvar condyloma acuminatum.Methods:Retrospective analysis was carried out according to 160 patients with condyloma acuminatum treatment in Department of Dermatology,the Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University from January 2019 to January 2020.The patients were divided into control group and observation group with 80 cases in each group according treatment methods.The patients in control group were treated with carbon dioxide laser alone,and those in observation group were treated with carbon dioxide laser combined with photodynamic therapy.The curative effect was evaluated after 3 months,and the recurrence rate was evaluated after 6 months.Results:After treatment for 3 months,the effective rate in observation group was 93.75%,and that in the control group was 70.00%(P<0.05).After treatment for 6 months,the recurrence rate in observation group(6.25%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(26.25%)(P<0.05).The pain score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in control group.The time of adverse reaction regression and wound healing were significantly shorter those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Carbon dioxide laser combined with photodynamic therapy of vulvar condyloma acuminatum showed better clinical effect,which can significantly improve the clinical recurrence rate,relieve pain,accelerate wound healing in patients,be worthy of clinical application.
