旋风立体式消毒屋的空间杀菌性能研究

摘　　要：出于生物安全考虑,畜禽养殖场人员进场前必须进行严格的病菌消杀,但目前消杀方式对人体有副作用,危害较大。本文利用先进的精控双离子消毒因子发生技术,结合传统的风淋净化除尘设备相结合,开发了一种新型养殖厂入口人员旋风立体式消毒屋,并对设备进行了消杀效果分析。结果表明,消毒屋运行15秒对空气自然菌的杀灭率可达到90%,对空间内枯草芽孢杆菌和畜禽致病性病原菌(金黄色葡萄球菌、猪链球菌、鸡白痢沙门氏菌)的杀灭率可达到99%;消毒屋运行30秒以上对空间内枯草芽孢杆菌和畜禽致病性病原菌(金黄色葡萄球菌、猪链球菌、鸡白痢沙门氏菌)的杀灭率可达到99.9%,符合空气消毒机通用卫生要求中现场试验测试要求,具有很强的病菌消杀效果和应用价值。For the sake of biological safety,livestock and poultry farm personnel must be strictly killed before entering the site,but the current killing method has side effects on human body and great harm.In this paper,using the advanced precise control double ion disinfection factor generation technology,combined with the traditional air shower purification and dust removal equipment,a new green disinfection house for the entrance personnel of the breeding plant is developed,and the killing effect of the equipment is analyzed.The results showed that the disinfection room could kill 90% of natural bacteria in the air and 99% of Bacillus subtilis and pathogenic bacteria of livestock and poultry(Staphylococcus aureus,Streptococcus suis and Salmonella pullorum);The disinfection house can kill 99.9% of Bacillus subtilis and pathogenic pathogens of livestock and poultry(Staphylococcus aureus,Streptococcus suis and Salmonella pullorum)in the space after running for more than 30 seconds,which meets the requirements of field test in the general hygienic requirements of air disinfection machine,and has strong bacteria killing effect and application value.
