摘　　要：本文综述了近年来有关杯状病毒RdRp的结构和功能的研究进展,并对与RdRp可能发生相互作用的伴侣分子进行了综述。此外,我们还讨论了所有杯状病毒的RdRp中可能存在的保守结构基序。This review focuses on recent studies of the structures and functions of RNA-dependent RNA polymerases(RdRps)of caliciviruses and provides recent advances in their putative interaction partners.Besides,we discuss the possible existence of some conserved structural elements amongst the RdRps of all caliciviruses.
