数字经济对服务贸易发展的影响--基于国家层面面板数据的实证研究

摘　　要：当前,数字经济已经成为推动服务贸易发展的重要“助推器”。文章深入研究了数字经济发展对服务贸易的影响机理,采用面板固定效应模型和动态空间杜宾模型,实证分析了数字经济发展对服务贸易的影响及其空间效应。研究发现:总体上,数字经济能够显著促进国家或地区的服务贸易发展,在服务出口方面,高收入国家或地区相较于低收入国家或地区的促进作用更加明显,而在进口方面则相反;一国服务贸易发展水平不仅受到本国数字经济发展的正向影响,也会受到来自邻国或地区数字经济发展的正向空间溢出效应影响,且这两种影响效果在短期内更加明显,长期虽会略有减弱但持续存在。研究结果对优化服务贸易结构、拓展服务贸易发展空间、促进服务贸易高质量发展和高水平开放具有一定启示意义。At present,digital economy has become an important“booster”to promote the development of trade in services.This paper deeply analyzes the influence mechanism of digital economy development on trade in services,and empirically analyzes the impact of digital economy development on trade in services and its spatial effect by using panel fixed effect model and dynamic spatial Durbin model.The research findings are as follows:on the whole,digital economy can signifi⁃cantly promote the development of trade in services among countries or regions.In terms of service export,high-income countries or regions play a more obvious role than low-income countries or regions,while in terms of import,it is the oppo⁃site;the development level of a country's trade in services will not only be positively affected by the development of its own digital economy,but also be affected by the positive spatial spillover effect of the development of digital economy from neighbouring countries or regions,and these two effects will be more obvious in the short term.Although they will be slight⁃ly weakened in the long term,they will continue to exist.The research results have certain enlightenment significance for optimizing the structure of trade in services,expanding the development space of trade in services,and promoting the highquality development of trade in services and high-level opening.
