摘　　要：高校机构知识库是图书馆通过建立一种新型管理和服务机制,帮助学校实现学术成果的自主管理和交流传播。实际上高校机构知识库的建设面临种种困境,重建设轻维护的情况普遍存在。文章从山东农业大学的建设实践出发,总结归纳高校机构知识库可持续发展的影响因素和应对策略。University institutional knowledge base is a new management and service mechanism established by the library to help the university realize the independent management,exchange and dissemination of academic achievements.In fact,the construction of institutional knowledge base in colleges and universities is facing various difficulties,and the situation of emphasizing construction over maintenance is common.Starting from the construction practice of Shandong Agricultural University,this paper summarizes the influencing factors and countermeasures of the sustainable development of institutional knowledge base in colleges and universities.
