摘 要:激光全息防伪技术在包装图案印刷的应用中,受到激光束强度不稳定因素影响,图案在全系过程中刻录强度出现误差,导致彩虹全息效果无法到达防伪图案印刷标准,降低包装图案印刷良品率。为了解决上述问题,提升印刷良品率,结合激光全息防伪技术特点,对激光全息防伪技术中一步彩虹全息与二步彩虹全息过程进行分析研究,通过修正激光全息过程中衍射光与母板间的光路误差,获得精准角度测量值,使全息光源能够将正确的图案形态投至印刷模板。通过与传统激光全息防伪印刷技术对比数据表明:在二维图案印刷测试中,提出方法的良品率能够达到97.09%;三维图案印刷良品率96.25%;相较传统印刷方法分别增长12.3%与11.21%,印刷良品率提升效果明显。In the application of laser holographic anti-counterfeiting technology in packaging pattern printing, due to unstable factors of laser beam intensity, there are errors in recording intensity of patterns in the whole system process, which leads that the rainbow holographic effect unable to reach anti-counterfeiting pattern printing standard and reduce packaging pattern printing yield. In order to solve the above problems and improve printing yield, combined with the characteristics of laser holographic anti-counterfeiting technology, the process of one-step rainbow hologram and two-step rainbow hologram in laser holographic anti-counterfeiting technology is analyzed and studied. By correcting optical path error between the diffraction light and the motherboard in laser holography process, accurate angle measurement value can be obtained, so that holographic light source can cast correct pattern shape into printing mold board. Compared with traditional laser holographic anti-counterfeiting printing technology, the results show that: in two-dimensional pattern printing test, the yield rate of proposed method can reach 97.09%;the yield rate of three-dimensional pattern printing is 96.25%;compared with traditional printing method, the yield rate is increased by 12.3% and 11.21% respectively.
