摘 要:宽度是裂缝定量检测最重要的结果之一,是评估混凝土结构物开裂严重程度及影响的重要指标。为实现混凝土结构表面裂缝宽度的精细计算,首先对通过残差网络ResNet+金字塔池模型网络分割出的裂缝区域进行宽度提取;然后运用基于中轴线垂线的裂缝宽度计算方法,结合三次Cardinal样条插值拟合裂缝边缘,获取符合实际应用需求的亚像素级裂缝宽度,同时对复杂裂缝体的平均宽度进行了定义;最后与像素级的宽度计算方法进行对比试验验证。结果表明,该方法计算结果更为精准有效,且针对不同类型、不同宽度的裂缝具有良好的泛化能力,符合行业标准。Width is one of the most important results of crack quantitative detection,which is an important parameter for evaluating the severity and impact of concrete structure cracking.In order to realize the precise calculation of the surface crack width of concrete structure,firstly,the width of the cracks segmented by ResNet+PPM network was extracted.Afterwards,the sub-pixel crack width for practical application was obtained by combining the width extraction method based on the vertical line of the central axis and cubic Cardinal spline interpolation which was used for fitting crack edge.Moreover,the average width of complex cracks was defined.Finally,it was compared with the pixel-level width calculation method.The results show that the calculation results of sub-pixel level method are more accurate and effective.In addition,this method that conforming to the industrial standard,has great generalization ability for cracks of diverse types and widths.
