摘  要:从箱梁结构尺寸、预应力布置、预应体系强度等方面对32 m跨度简支箱梁的优化设计进行对比分析,优化箱梁的梁高可根据动力检算要求取3.0 m或2.8 m。开展了高速铁路简支箱梁跨度序列化设计研究,通过动力分析确定了24~32 m序列化梁的合理梁高为3.0 m,32~40 m序列化梁的合理梁高为3.2 m,提出了可满足非标准跨度箱梁预制架设需求的设计技术。应用铁路工程2300 MPa级高强度预应力体系完成了箱梁结构优化设计分析。结合昌景黄铁路工程开展高强度预应力体系箱梁结构试验,对采用高强度预应力体系简支箱梁的力学性能进行了测试,验证了其受力满足设计和规范要求。The optimal design of 32 m span simply supported box girder was compared and analyzed in terms of box girder structural size,prestressing layout and prestressing system strength.The height of the optimized box girder can be taken as 3.0 m or 2.8 m according to the requirements of dynamic checking calculation.The research on the span serialization design of simply supported box girder in high speed railway was carried out.Through dynamic analysis,it is determined that the reasonable height of 24~32 m serialization girder is 3.0 m,and the reasonable height of 32~40 m serialization girder is 3.2 m.The design technology that can meet the needs of prefabrication and erection of non-standard span box girder was put forward.The optimization design and analysis of box girder structure were completed by using 2300 MPa high-strength prestressing system in railway engineering.Combined with the structural test of high-strength prestressing system box girder in Nanchang-Jingdezhen-Huangshan railway project,the mechanical properties of simply supported box girder with high-strength prestressing system were comprehensively tested,and it is verified that the stress meets the requirements of design and specifications.
