摘  要:介绍了混凝土超声法的测试原理和方法,分析了影响混凝土超声波声速的因素。通过分析铁路32 m跨度预制简支箱梁混凝土声速试验以及混凝土试件声速、强度测试结果,研究混凝土声速与密实度和强度的关系。结果表明:铁路C50混凝土简支箱梁的超声波声速在4600 m/s以上时,可认为混凝土的密实度较好,其强度可以达到50 MPa的要求。梁体浇筑时应加强预应力管道附近混凝土的振捣施工,保证该区域混凝土的密实度。The principle and method of ultrasonic testing of concrete were introduced.The factors influencing ultrasonic speed of concrete were analyzed.Through the analysis of the test results of concrete sound speed of 32 m precast simple supported box girder and the sound speed and strength of concrete specimens,the relationship between the sound speed and the compactness and strength was studied.The results show that when the ultrasonic speed of railway C50 concrete simply supported box girder is more than 4600 M/s,it can be considered that the compactness of concrete is good,and its strength can meet the requirements of 50 MPa.The construction of concrete vibrating near the prestressed ducts should be strengthened to ensure the compactness of concrete in this area during concrete pouring.
