摘 要:针对航空发动机等复杂转子机械,部分转子系统中基频振动往往不只受到不平衡一种因素的影响,还可能受到同频干扰振动的影响,导致实际测量的转子基频振动不能准确反映转子不平衡量的问题,通过地面转子实验台试验及理论分析等方式,探究了同频干扰振动对转子不平衡测量结果的影响,建立了一种基于双向测量的转子真实不平衡响应分析技术。利用不同配重构型试验中同截面不同方向的振动测量数据,分析出转子系统的真实不平衡响应。研究结果表明,利用此技术得出的真实不平衡振动可稳定在10.84%以内,提高了现场动平衡效率。For aero-engine and other complex rotor machinery,the fundamental frequency vibration in some rotor systems is often affected not only by one factor of imbalance,but also by interference vibration at the same frequency.As a result,the actual measured fundamental frequency vibration of the rotor cannot ac⁃curately reflect the amount of rotor imbalance.The effects of the same frequency interference vibration on the rotor unbalance measurement results by tests of ground rotor and theoretical analysis was presented,and a true rotor unbalance response analysis technology based on two-way measurement was established,which can be reconstructed using different configurations.The real unbalanced response of the rotor system was analyzed by vibration measurement data of the same section and in different directions.The results of multi⁃ple tests show that the real unbalanced vibration analyzed by this method can be stable within 10.84%,which increases the field dynamic balance effectiveness.
