摘  要:在变电站的新建和改扩建工程中,会涉及到电力电缆的敷设,敷设过程中需要在电缆沟沟壁上进行钻孔作业。目前,施工人员主要使用手持式水钻机进行开孔作业,然而此种方式存在危险性高、劳动强度大和工艺不美观等缺点,影响变电站的安全稳定运行。鉴于以上缺点,提出了一种安全高效型电缆沟钻孔机的设计方案,该设计通过增加滑轨、固定支架和安全挡板,增强了钻孔机对电缆沟施工的适用性。并根据设计完成了原型机的试制,在江苏电网500 kV张家港变的改扩建工程中进行了实际应用,结果表明该设计提高了钻孔施工的安全性,防止了钻孔过程中的电缆破坏,并且节省了时间和人力成本,提升了工艺质量。In new construction, reconstruction and expansion project of substation, the laying of power cable will be involved which needs drilling operation on the wall of cable trench. At present, builders mainly use the hand-held water drill for drilling. However, this method has the disadvantages of high risk, high labor intensity and unsightly process, which affects safe and stable operation of the substation. In view of the above shortcomings, a design scheme of cable trench drill with high security and effectiveness is proposed which enhances the applicability of the drill to cable trench drilling by adding slide rail, fixed support and safety baffle.According to the design, the trial production of the prototype is completed and applied in the reconstruction and expansion project of 500kV Zhangjiagang substation in Jiangsu power grid. The results show that the design improves the safety of drilling construction, prevents cable damage in the drilling process, saves time and labor cost and improves the process quality.
