摘 要:110 kV油箱结构复杂,因此在设计油箱结构时,要保证足够的机械强度,避免出现油箱破裂等问题,同时要保证强度不会出现过剩的情况,合理控制生产成本。本文在保证变压器油箱结构密封性前提下,结合经验公式理论计算结果,通过有限元软件分析油箱在抽真空试验条件下的整体变形情况,最终与试验数据对比总结分析,得出一种与实测结果较为相近的仿真方法。通过仿真计算对结构进行进一步改进,得出一种节省成本又能保证足够结构强度的优化方案,为后续产品设计提供了新思路,有效提高了产品设计质量,增加公司经济效益。The structure of 110kV oil tank is complex,so in the design of the oil tank structure,it is necessary to ensure enough mechanical strength to avoid oil tank rupture and other problems.At the same time,it is necessary to ensure that the strength will not be excessive and the production cost should be reasonably controlled.In this paper,on the premise of ensuring the sealing of the transformer oil tank structure,combined with the theoretical calculation results of the empirical formula,the finite element software is used to analyze the overall deformation of the oil tank under the vacuum test conditions.Finally,a simulation method similar to the measured results is obtained by comparing and analyzing the experimental data.Through the simulation calculation,the structure is further improved,and a cost-saving and sufficient structural strength optimization scheme is obtained,which provides a new idea for the subsequent product design,effectively improves the product design quality,and increases the company's economic benefits.
