摘　　要：细小病毒病和附红细胞体病2种疾病的临床特征十分相似,如果没有做出有效的鉴别诊断,很容易因为诊断不科学造成疾病防控缺乏针对性,难以在短时间内控制病情。从疾病防控角度入手,需要加强病原学特征和流行特征的针对性调查,根据猪群的生长发育现状,真正做到早发现、早处理、早治疗,确保在短时间内控制疾病传播蔓延。Parvovirus disease and eperythrozoonosis clinical features of both diseases are very similar without an effective differential diagnosis,because the diagnosis is not scientific,it is very easy to cause the disease prevention and control lack of pertinence,it is difficult to control the disease in a short time.From the point of view of disease prevention and control,it is necessary to strengthen the targeted investigation of pathogenic and epidemic characteristics,according to the growth and development of pig herds,and truly achieve early detection,early treatment and early treatment,ensure that the spread of the disease is contained within a short period of time.
