泸水市能繁母猪保险现状及建议

摘　　要：泸水市能繁母猪保险工作开展以来,极大促进了泸水市的生猪生产发展,保障了市场供应。但仍存在投保和查勘确认工作量大;参与投保和查勘的村级动物防疫员工资待遇低;出险报案难等问题。建议强化政府对能繁母猪保险工作的领导,强化宣传,准确主动服务,简化能繁母猪保险查勘理赔程序,安排专项工作经费等解决措施。该文主要论述泸水市能繁母猪保险现状及建议。Since Lushui city can breed sows insurance work carried out,greatly promoted the Lushui city pig production development,guaranteed the market supply.However,there are still some problems such as the heavy workload of Insurance and survey confirmation,the low salary of the village-level animal epidemic prevention workers who participate in insurance and survey,and the difficulty of reporting risks,etc..It is suggested that the government should strengthen the leadership,publicity,accurate and active service,simplify the procedures of insurance investigation and claim settlement,and arrange special funds.This paper mainly discusses the current situation and suggestions of the insurance of the fertile sows in Lushui city.
