摘  要:《粤港澳大湾区发展规划纲要》和习近平总书记在深圳经济特区建立40周年庆祝大会上的重要讲话为广东经济社会发展提供战略指引。为主动适应新一轮科技革命和产业变革,高校以工程实践能力和创新能力为特征的新工科专业快速兴起。文章以广东海洋大学数学与计算机学院为视角,学院通过抓住“三位一体”创新创业实践基地建设,融合学科特色,构建行业前沿技术开发、实践育人、“双创”教育、学风建设和协同培养的“五大育人体系”,全面推动创新创业教育和人才培养,可为高校院系在复合型、应用型、创新型人才培养上提供借鉴意义。The outline of the Great Bay Area Planning for Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao and the General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech during the 40 years of reform and opening up in Shenzhen provided strategic guidance for Guangdong's economic and social development.In order to actively adapt to the new round of scientific and technological revolution and the rapid rise of new engineering,new requirements are put forward for new engineering talents in engineering practice and innovation ability.From the perspective of the school of mathematics and computer science of Guangdong Ocean University,the college comprehensively promotes innovation and entrepreneurship education and personnel training by seizing the construction of"Trinity"innovation and entrepreneurship practice base,integrating discipline characteristics,and constructing"five education systems"of industry cutting-edge technology development,practice education,entrepreneurship and innovation education,study style construction and collaborative training.It can provide reference for colleges and departments in the cultivation of compound,applied and innovative talents.
