摘　　要：新媒介通过学习媒介、生活媒介多种方式,改变了人的生活方式、思维方式。新媒介运营方式也可以被借鉴到当代大学生教育管理研究当中。文章从新媒介的概述及表现出发,运用新媒介的思维方式,介绍新媒介应用对学生管理教育的必要性。新媒介环境下,传统学生工作正在随着生活方式的变化而产生变化。新的学生工作体系也随着新媒介的广泛应用建构起大数据库。把新媒介思想具体运用到学校管理培训中,利用网络思维,变革传统学生工作。在全新媒介环境下,充分发挥它的便捷优势和多元性优势,提升学生工作效果。最终,实现教育目标,对未来大学生管理教育工作具有极其必要的探索性作用。New media has changed people's way of life and way of thinking through various ways of learning media and life media.The operation mode of new media can also be used for reference in the study of contemporary college students'educational management.Starting from the overview and performance of new media,this paper introduces the necessity of the application of new media to the management education of students by using the thinking mode of new media.Under the new media environment,traditional student work is changing with the change of life style.The new student work system has also built up a large database with the extensive application of new media.The new media thought is applied to the school management training,and the network thinking is used to change the traditional student work.In the new media environment,it gives full play to its advantages of convenience and diversity to improve the effect of student work.Finally,the realization of educational goals will play an extremely necessary exploratory role in the management education of college students in the future.
