基于离散模型的跨境电商业务识别系统探究

摘　　要：针对当前跨境电商B2B2C(以下简称BBC)业务识别存在的问题,文章提出了将离散度计算应用到跨境电商动销率分析,从方差和标准差两个角度对典型企业的动销率进行度量,建立了ToB和ToC业务识别模型和方法,并按信息系统设计方法将识别模型应用到跨境电商业务识别系统,设计了数据采集、电商信息登记、外贸单据校验和关联、BBC业务模式识别等功能,投入实际使用后提高了业务识别准确度。In view of the problems existing in the current cross-border E-commerce B2B2C(hereinafter referred to as the BBC)business recognition,this paper proposes to apply the dispersion calculation to the analysis of cross-border E-commerce’s dynamic sales rate,measures the dynamic sales rate of typical enterprises from the perspectives of variance and standard deviation,establishes ToB and ToC business identification model and method,and applies the identification model to the cross-border E-commerce business identification system according to the information system design method,and designs functions such as data collection,E-commerce information registration,foreign trade documents verification and association,BBC business pattern recognition,which improves the accuracy of business identification after being put into practical use.
