大数据在福建省电子招投标监管中的实践

摘　　要：作为当前最具有战略意义的信息技术手段,大数据可为电子招投标监管提供强大技术支撑。文章通过分析当前电子招投标监管困境、大数据在电子招投标监管应用的优势,基于大数据解决电子招投标监管的难点,指出福建省通过运用大数据,推动省电子招投标监管机制改革,有效促进招投标活动公平、公正、公开,改善招投标营商环境。As information technology means with the most strategic significance at present,big data can provide strong technical support for electronic bidding supervision.In this paper,by analyzing the current difficulties of electronic bidding supervision,the advantages of application of big data in the electronic bidding supervision,solves the difficulties of electronic bidding supervision based on big data.It is pointed out that by using big data,Fujian Province promotes the reform of provincial electronic bidding supervision mechanism,effectively promotes the fairness,impartiality and openness of bidding activities,and improves the business environment of bidding.
