摘　　要：近年来,随着国家对于环保的重视程度越来越高,新建线体前处理技术采用硅烷/锆化工艺已是行业趋势,从规划角度简单描述硅烷/锆化工艺设备和传统磷化工艺设备的不同,归纳总结目前行业内硅烷/锆化设备的通用性设计及优势。In recent years,as the country pays more and more attention to environmental protection,it has become an industry trend to adopt silane/zirconium process for new line pretreatment technology.From the perspective of planning,the difference between silane/zirconium process equipments and traditional phosphating process equipments was briefly described.And the general design and advantages of silane/zirconium equipments in the industry were summarized.
