摘　　要：涂装车间纤维缺陷对油漆外观有着重要的影响,因此必须对车间的纤维进行控制。由于纤维自身的特性,必须综合性地根据纤维的类型和来源进行统计分析,因地制宜地制定管控措施,并不断学习新的纤维鉴定和预防方法,达到减少车间纤维的目的,提升车间生产线直行效率和油漆外观性能。Fiber defects in the paint shop have a crucial impact on the appearance of the paint.Therefore,the fibers in the workshop must be controlled.Due to the characteristics of the fibers,it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive statistical analysis based on the types and sources of the fibers,and control measures must be formulated according to local conditions,and continue to learn new fibers identification and prevention methods to achieve the purpose of reducing workshop fibers,improve the straight-line efficiency of workshop production lines and paint appearance performance.
