基于“药辅合一”的艾叶油乳膏的研制及药效研究

摘　　要：目的:基于“药辅合一”的理念,将艾叶油作为乳膏油相,制备艾叶油乳膏,并考察其抗炎、止痒和抑菌的作用。方法:通过单因素及星点设计-效应面法设计实验,优化艾叶油乳膏处方;通过小鼠耳肿胀实验,研究乳膏的抗炎作用;通过制备小鼠瘙痒模型,研究乳膏止痒的作用。结果:艾叶油乳膏的最优处方为硬脂酸1.65 g、单硬脂酸甘油酯0.75 g、艾叶油2.00 g、月桂氮?酮0.13 g、十二烷基硫酸钠0.30 g、甘油0.75 g、适量冰片和蒸馏水。制得的艾叶油乳膏能显著抑制二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀和右旋糖酐所致小鼠瘙痒(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:优化后制备的艾叶油乳膏涂布延展性好、外观均一,有良好的抗炎和止痒作用,可为艾叶油的开发提供参考。Objective:To prepare Artemisia argyi oil cream based on the concept of"unification of medicine and adjuvant"and investigate its anti-inflammatory,antipruritic and antibacterial effects.Methods:The preparation technology of A.argyi oil cream was optimized through the single factor test and central composite design-response surface methodology(CCD-RSM).The anti-inflammatory and antipruritic effects of A.argyi oil cream were investigated by the mouse ear swelling test and the mouse model of pruritus.Results:The optimal prescription of A.argyi oil cream consisted of 1.65 g of stearic acid,0.75 g of glyceryl monostearate,2.00 g of A.argyi oil,0.13 g of laurocapram,0.30 g of sodium lauryl sulfate,0.75 g of glycerin,and appropriate amounts of borneol and distilled water.The prepared A.argyi oil cream can significantly inhibit the ear swelling of mice caused by xylene and relieve dextran-induced pruritus(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:The optimized A.argyi oil cream is good in spreadability,uniform in appearance,and potent in antiinflammatory and antipruritic effects,which can provide a theoretical basis for the development of A.argyi oil.
