摘 要:激光诱导击穿光谱(laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy,LIBS)是一种具有诸多独特优势的物质成分分析技术,但该技术灵敏度低,限制了其在痕量元素定量分析方面的应用。提高LIBS的信号强度,改善其检测灵敏度,有利于拓宽该技术的应用领域。基于国内外学者对LIBS信号增强技术的研究,简述并总结了目前广泛应用的双脉冲法、火花放电法、微波增强法、空间约束法、磁场约束法、表面沉积纳米颗粒、加热样品和改变气氛这八种信号增强技术,在此基础上深入探讨了各技术的增强机理和内在增强因素,为更好地选用现有增强技术或为研究新的增强技术提供了参考。Laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy is a kind of material composition analysis technique,which has many unique advantages.However,the sensitivity of laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy is relatively low,which limits its application in the quantitative determination of trace elements.Thus,in order to broaden the application fields of laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy,it is necessary to improve its signal intensity and detection sensitivity.Based on the researches on laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy signal enhancement technologies,eight signal enhancement methods widely used currently were briefly described and summarized,including double pulse,spark discharge,microwave assisted,space confinement,magnetic field confinement,depositing nanoparticles on the surface,heating sample and using pure gas.In addition,the enhancement mechanisms and internal enhancement factors of each technology were discussed in depth,which provided a reference for better selection of existing enhancement techniques and the study of new enhancement techniques.
