摘  要:粗集料和细集料的特征参数是决定混合料性能的重要因素。传统测试方法由于试验仪器的限制,特征参数指标不易获得,数字图像处理技术的引入将直接快速地对集料特征参数进行采集分析。文中基于成像相关知识,采用基于LED背光源的图像采集平台对不同粒径范围的集料颗粒进行采集和定量分析,得到集料颗粒一次和二次特征参数与级配的相关性。结果表明,通过数字图像处理技术能够采集并分析集料颗粒特征参数,各特征参数与集料级配相关性较好,可为级配设计提供理论依据并表征混合料级配的粗糙程度。The characteristic parameters of coarse aggregate and fine aggregate are important aspects that determine the performance of the mixture. Due to the limitation of the test equipment, the traditional test method is not suitable for obtaining the characteristic parameters. The introduction of digital image processing technology will directly and quickly collect and analyze the characteristic parameters of the aggregate. Based on imaging-related knowledge, an image acquisition platform based on LED backlight is used to collect and quantitatively analyze aggregate particles in different particle sizes. The correlation between the primary and secondary characteristic parameters of the aggregate particles and the gradation is obtained. The results show that the characteristic parameters of aggregate particles can be collected and analyzed through the digital image processing technology. Each characteristic parameter has a good correlation with the aggregate grade, which can provide a theoretical basis for the gradation design and characterize the roughness of the mixture gradation.
