摘　　要：补体是天然免疫的重要成分,在体液和细胞膜上广泛存在,参与多种疾病的发生、发展。补体在肾脏组织中大量表达,在多种肾脏疾病中被大量激活,通过促进炎症反应、调控肾小管上皮细胞凋亡及坏死等多种途径导致肾脏病理损伤。开发针对补体的特异性干预药物,必将有助于肾脏疾病的治疗,改善患者预后。As an important component of innate immunity,complement system is widely distrib⁃uted in humor and cell membrane.Participating in the pathogenesis of many diseases,activated comple⁃ments cause pathological kidney injuries through pro-inflammatory responses,regulation of renal tubular epithelial cell apoptosis and necrosis.Targeted intervention of complement-relating renal lesions shall con⁃tribute to the treatment of kidney disease and improve the prognosis of patients.
