摘 要:城市生态环境的不断改善对城市绿地土壤质量提出了更高的标准,除土壤养分、土壤污染等问题以外,土壤的生物多样性、生物活性等土壤健康质量问题越来越受到重视。然而,目前还未形成公认或统一的土壤健康质量评价指标体系和定量化的综合评价方法。以上海市绿地表层土壤(0~20 cm)为研究对象,利用主成分分析和Pearson相关性分析对14个土壤微生物学指标进行筛选,构建了由土壤呼吸、脲酶活性、木聚糖酶活性、古菌丰度和微生物量碳5个指标构成的城市绿地土壤健康质量评价最小数据集,并确定各指标权重(0.102~0.251)。采用康奈尔土壤健康评价法对绿地土壤健康质量进行定量评价。结果显示,上海市绿地土壤健康质量综合得分平均值为5.16,57.5%的绿地土壤样品健康质量处于“很低”或“低”的水平。研究结果对科学评估城市绿地土壤健康质量,实现城市绿地土壤质量的全面和科学管理有着积极的促进作用。The continuous improvement of urban ecological environment puts forward higher standards on soil quality of urban green space.Besides soil nutrients and pollution,soil health quality,such as soil biodiversity and biological activity,are becoming increasingly prominent.However,there is still no recognized or unified indicator system and quantitative method for soil health quality assessment.Surface soil(0~20 cm)from urban green space in Shanghai was collected.A minimum data set for assessing soil health quality in urban green space was established by the principal component analysis and Pearson correlation analysis based on 14 soil microbial indicators.The minimum data set was composed of five indicators,including soil respiration,urease activity,xylanase activity,archaeal abundance,and microbial biomass carbon.Then,the weight of each indicator was determined(0.102~0.251).Cornell soil health assessment method was used to quantitatively evaluate soil health quality.The results showed that the average score of green space soil in Shanghai was 5.16;and 57.5%of soil samples were in“very low”or“low”level.The research results have a positive role in promoting the scientific evaluation of urban green space soil health quality and the realization of comprehensive and scientific management of urban green space soil quality.
