乡村振兴背景下高等职业教育发展研究——以吉林农业科技学院为例

摘　　要：乡村振兴是党的十九大报告提出的,也是十三五、十四五规划的重要内容。十九大报告指出乡村振兴战略是党和国家未来发展的“七大战略”之一。习近平总书记在党的十九大报告中围绕“优先发展教育事业”作出了新的全面部署,乡村要振兴离不开人才,人才培养离不开高等职业教育。文中概述了我国高等职业教育发展情况,分析了乡村振兴背景下吉林省高等职业教育发展现状,并以吉林农业科技学院为例研究了高等职业教育如何为乡村振兴培养人才。结果表明:为乡村振兴培养多样性人才,不仅可以助力乡村振兴,而且可以促进高等职业教育的发展,已有的实践教学模式值得推广应用,但还需要进一步创新。Rural revitalization is proposed in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and an important part of the 13 th and 14 th Five-Year Plans.The strategy of rural revitalization of the 19 th National Congress is one of the“seven strategies”for the future development of the Party and the country.General Secretary Xi Jinping made a new comprehensive deployment around“prioritizing the development of education”in the report of the Party′s 19 th National Congress.This paper summarizes the development of china′s higher vocational education,taking Jilin Agricultural Science and Technology university as an example,analyzes the current status of the higher vocational education in Jilin province,as well as the talent cultivation done by the higher vocational schools.The findings show that to cultivate diversifiecl talents for the technical demand for the development of science and technology,and trained the talents for the development of pillar industries,industries with local characteristics and emerging industries,and played its due role in higher vocational education.purpose of rural revitalization can help boost the revitalization of rural areas,as well as promote the development of higher vocational education.The existing teaching mode is worth promoting.And still,further in novation can be made to improve the mode.
