摘 要:往复式压缩机阀组对于压缩机整体的性能具有重要影响。因此建立了压缩机吸排气路径的三维双向流固耦合动力学仿真模型,并通过实验测试对仿真模型进行校核。仿真模型输出了吸排气阀片的升程、速度和应力分布情况,并获得了系统质量流量、P-V曲线等重要的运行参数,进而计算出压缩机理论下的冷量、入力和吸排气损失,以此进行压缩机阀组及流道优化设计。应用该仿真模型对某量产变频压缩机阀组进行了仿真优化与实验对比,阀组优化方案显著提升了整机性能,有效验证了该仿真模型的可靠性。流固耦合仿真在现有产品的性能提升以及新产品的正向设计中发挥着越来越重要的作用。To analysis the performance of the valve system of reciprocating compressor, a 3D fluid structure interaction model of the valve system was built using finite elements software. The lift, speed and stress distribution of the suction and discharge valve were obtained, as well as the mass flux rate and P-V diagram. Therefore, the cooling capacity, indicated power, suction loss and discharge loss were calculated and analyzed, which laid a good foundation for the optimization of valve system in the next step. This simulation model was applied to the optimization of a valve system of a mass-produced variable speed compressor. The experimental comparison between base valve system and optimized new one has showed that the new valve system significantly improved the coeffcient of performance(COP) of the compressor, which effectively verify the reliability of the simulation model.
