摘 要:为明确卧式转子压缩机内部两相运动特性,改善高频吐油量,对其内部的油池运动及机理进行了研究。某卧式机的吐油量相比同排量立式机偏高,且在高频工况下更加明显,经分析运行油面是吐油重要影响因素。通过CFD多相流仿真和视窗样机实验对卧式机内部油面迁移展开研究,提取流场信息,并通过视窗样机实验得以验证。在卧式机中,电机腔和泵体腔的油面高度并不一致,呈现前低后高分布特性。成因在于排气流道节流多,压降大,导致两腔压力不均衡,油在周期性压差作用下向泵体腔迁移。仿真结果表明,排气压差主要正比于排气流量,其次是转速。在高流量或高转速工况下,泵体腔的油面过高,导致油面受气流扰动剧烈,可能对吐油产生不利影响。To clarify the two-phase flow characteristics in the horizontal compressor and control the oil discharge rate(ODR)at high frequency,the oil pool motion and its flow mechanism were studied.It is found the ODR of horizontal compressor is commonly higher than that of the vertical with same capacity,particularly under high rotating speed,and it is analyzed that the oil pool level is an important factor for ODR.Through CFD multiphase flow simulation and prototype test,the oil pool migration was studAied,and the key flow field information was extracted to clarify the level distribution and formation mechanism,which was also verified by experiment of a prototype compressor equipped with view-window.The oil level of motor and pump cavity is not consistent,showing the feature that oil level in pump cavity is higher than that in motor cavity.The reason is that the refrigerant is forced to flow through the long path under the effect of the guide shell.The pressure drop is large since the considerable throttling,which leads to the pressure in motor cavity significantly exceeds that of the pump cavity.Lubricants migrate to the pump cavity under the periodic pressure pulsation.The simulation results show the exhaust pressure drop is mainly proportional to the flowrate,followed by the rotational speed.Under the high flowrate or high rotating speed,the oil level of the pump cavity will be too high,resulting in severe turbulence of the oil surface,which may conduct a negative effect on ODR.
