摘  要:L型水平井目前是煤层气开发的主力井型,由于井斜角原因采用无杆举升工艺,应用较为广泛的是水力管式泵。通过以2020年投产的各类水平井为研究对象,分析水力无杆泵地面和井下故障原因,提出了依托自动化建立关联参数响应机制、主动推动前置保养工作从提高判断准确率、优化管柱结构使用砂气锚等治理措施,研究结果表明通过治理有效降低了故障率,保障了设备平稳运行,提高了排采时率,对大规模应用无杆工艺推广具有指导意义。At present,L-type horizontal well is the main well type of coalbed methane development.Due to well inclination,rodless lifting technology is adopted,and hydraulic tubular pump is widely used.Taking various horizontal wells put into operation in 2020 as the research object,this paper analyzes the causes of surface and underground faults of hydraulic rodless pump,and puts forward treatment measures such as establishing correlation parameter response mechanism relying on automation,actively promoting front maintenance,improving judgment accuracy,optimizing pipe string structure and using sand gas anchor.The research results show that the failure rate is effectively reduced through treatment,it ensures the stable operation of the equipment,improves the drainage and production time rate,and has guiding significance for the popularization of large-scale application of rodless technology.
