摘 要:在复杂武器作战系统中,系统的综合化效能评估已成为必然发展趋势。传统的评估方法单一,不能较全面地体现作战系统的作战能力,针对作战需求构建指标体系并对系统进行综合化评估极具必要性。文中构建了层次化预警系统效能评估指标体系,并将专家群体决策评估与层次分析法相结合,对所构建指标体系的各指标权重进行计算分析,从而计算出预警系统的综合效能。结合预警作战需求,通过实例化想定实例验证了该方法的可行性,为各领域预警作战系统的评估研究提供一定建议。In complex weapon combat system, comprehensive efficiency evaluation of the system has become an inevitable development trend. With traditional single evaluation method, combat capability of the combat system can′t be fully reflected, thus it is necessary to build an index system according to combat requirements and evaluate the system comprehensively. A hierarchical efficiency evaluation index system for early warning system based on group decision and analytic hierarchy process is proposed. The weights of each index of the proposed index system are calculated and analyzed to evaluate comprehensive efficiency of the early warning system. Combined with early warning combat requirements, the feasibility of the proposed method is verified through application, providing support for the evaluation research of early warning system in different fields.
