摘　　要：总结近年来电针治疗中风后遗症的临床研究,为进一步开展临床研究和治疗中风后遗症提供研究思路和方向。以“电针”“中风”“卒中”“脑梗死”等为检索词,查阅近5年知网、万方、维普等数据库,对检索到的相关临床研究文献进行综述。电针疗法在多种中风后遗症的治疗中起到积极作用,疗效确切,能够改善神经功能缺损症状,促进康复。研究中也发现了一些不足,例如应注重规范电针取穴部位,优化刺激参数,探讨电针治疗中风后遗症的优势病种及作用机制等,以期更好的服务于临床。It is to summarize the clinical research of electroacupuncture in the treatment of stroke sequelae in recent years,so as to provide research ideas and directions for further clinical research and treatment of stroke sequelae.Taking"electroacu⁃puncture","stroke","apoplexy"and"cerebral infarction"as the key words,the databases such as HowNet,Wanfang and VIP in recent 5 years were consulted to summarize the retrieved relevant clinical research literature.Electroacupuncture plays an ac⁃tive role in the treatment of a variety of stroke sequelae.It has definite curative effect,and can improve the symptoms of neuro⁃logical deficit and promote rehabilitation.Some deficiencies have also been found in the research,such as standardizing the point selection position of electroacupuncture,optimizing stimulation parameters,and discussing the dominant diseases and action mechanism of electroacupuncture in the treatment of stroke sequelae,in order to better serve the clinic.
