个性化护理干预联合保肾通络方对慢性肾病综合征患者的治疗及肾功能指标的影响

摘　　要：目的研究个性化护理干预联合保肾通络方对慢性肾病综合征患者的治疗及肾功能指标的影响。方法选取2018年5月—2020年5月医院收治的104例慢性肾病综合征患者,随机分为两组,各52例。对照组给予保肾通络方治疗,并给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上增加个性化护理干预。对两组患者的临床疗效、肾功能指标、生活质量、护理满意度等进行评估比较。结果观察组总有效率90.38%(47/52),高于对照组患者75.00%(39/52)(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者的24 h尿蛋白定量(24 hpro)、血清尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组生活质量各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为92.31%(48/52),高于对照组患者为76.92%(40/52)(P<0.05)。结论个性化护理干预联合保肾通络方对慢性肾病综合征患者的治疗效果显著,改善患者的肾功能指标和生活质量,改善患者的护理满意度。Objective To study the effect of individualized nursing intervention combined with Baoshen Tongluo Recipe(保肾通络方)on the treatment and renal function of patients with chronic nephrotic syndrome.Methods A total of 104 patients with chronic nephrotic syndrome in our hospital from May 2018 to may 2020 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,52 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Baoshen Tongluo Recipe and routine nursing inter⁃vention,while the observation group was given personalized nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The clinical ef⁃ficacy,renal function index,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were evaluated and compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.38%(47/52),which was higher than 75.00%(39/52)of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of 24 hpro,BUN and Scr in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 92.31%(48/52),which was higher than 76.92%(40/52)of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The individualized nursing intervention combined with Baoshen Tongluo Recipe has significant effect on patients with chronic nephrotic syndrome,which can improve the renal function index and quality of life of patients,and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
