芮庆林基于肺系焦膜学说治疗卒中后肺炎

摘　　要：卒中后肺炎,因病患多有意识力、肢体活动能力、吞咽排痰反射能力、免疫抵抗力等多方面的欠缺,致使临床治疗困难,预后较差,芮庆林教授在临床实践和探索中,结合三焦学说研究进展,从肺系焦膜理论阐述并治疗此疾病,注重少阳气机的调畅,促进津液的运行,具有明显的疗效优势和远期康复优势。Pneumonia after stroke,because patients intentionally to taste more,physical activity,expectoration drainage swallowing reflex ability,the lack of immune resistance and other aspects,the clinical treatment of difficult,prognosis is poorer,RUI Qinglin professor in clinical practice and exploration,combined with the theory of the sanjiao(triple energizer)research progress,from the lung is a focal membrane theory and treatment of this disease,pay attention to the factors of less sun be the spirit machine,promote the operation of the fluid,has obvious curative effect and long-term rehabilitation.
