中医集束化护理对结肠透析、中药直肠滴入联合肾宁栓纳肛治疗慢性肾脏病的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨研究在实施结肠透析+中药直肠滴入+肾宁栓那纳肛方案治疗的慢性肾脏病患者的护理中实施中医集束化护理的临床效果。方法研究样本选取时间为2019年1月—2020年12月医院实施实施结肠透析+中药直肠滴入+肾宁栓那纳肛方案治疗的慢性肾脏病患者,全部患者共计80例,依据全体患者入院顺序予以编号,按照编号的奇偶性将全体患者平均分为两组,组名为实验组与对照组,两组患者例数均为40例。对照组患者实施常规临床护理干预,实验组患者则是对患者实施中医集束化护理,观察两组患者在护理前后生活质量的改善情况。结果:实验组患者在干预前的生理机能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、健康状况、精力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康与对照组患者并无明显差异(P>0.05);在实施护理后两组患者的生活质量均有一定的提升,但是实验组患者的生理机能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、健康状况、精力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康均显著理想于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在实施结肠透析+中药直肠滴入+肾宁栓那纳肛方案治疗的慢性肾脏病患者的护理中实施中医集束化护理,可显著提升患者的生活质量,有助于提升患者的机体状态,以促进临床治疗,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine cluster nursing in the nursing of patients with chronic kidney disease treated by colon dialysis+rectal drip of traditional Chinese medicine+Shenning suppository and Nana anus.Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic kidney disease were selected from January 2019 to December 2020 in our hospital,who were treated with colon dialysis+rectal drip of traditional Chinese medicine+Shenning suppository.They were numbered according to the admission order of all patients.According to the parity of the number,all patients were divided into two groups,the experimental group and the reference group,There were 40 cases in both groups.Patients in the control group were given routine clinical nursing intervention,while patients in the experimental group were given TCM cluster nursing.The improvement of quality of life of patients in the two groups before and after nursing was observed.Results There was no significant difference in physiological function,physiological function,physical pain,health status,energy,social function,emotional function and mental health between the experimental group and the control group before intervention(P>0.05);After the implementation of nursing,the quality of life of the two groups were improved to a certain extent,but the physiological function,physiological function,physical pain,health status,energy,social function,emotional function and mental health of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the implementation of colon dialysis+Chinese medicine rectal drip+Shenning suppository Nana anal program in the treatment of chronic kidney disease patients,the implementation of traditional Chinese medicine cluster nursing can significantly improve the quality of life of patients,help to improve the body state of patients,to promote clinical treatment,worthy of clinical promotion.
