加减右归丸汤剂联合优甲乐对甲状腺功能减退患者症状及甲状腺功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探究加减右归丸汤剂联合优甲乐对甲减患者症状及甲状腺功能的影响。方法采集2019年2月—2020年5月医院内分泌科收治的85例甲减患者,按照随机数字法分为观察组(43例)和对照组(42例),观察组服用右归丸汤联合优甲乐治疗,对照组只服用优甲乐,治疗12周后,观察治疗前后两组患者临床症状、甲状腺功能(TSH、FT4、FT3、T3、T4)、抗体(TGAb、TPOAb)、血脂(TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C)变化情况。结果观察组临床总有效率95.35%显著高于对照组80.95%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组中医证候积分、TSH、TGAb、TPOAb、TC、LDL-C值均低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后两组FT4、FT3、T3、T4均升高,且治疗后观察组FT3、T3、T4高于对照组,FT4值低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组TG、HDL-C值比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论右归丸汤剂联合优甲乐治疗可有效缓解甲减患者临床症状,改善血脂代谢紊乱和免疫功能,促进甲状腺功能恢复。Objective To investigate the effects of Plus&Minus Yougui Pill Decoction combined with euthyrox on symptoms and thyroid function in patients with hypothyroidism.Methods 85 patients with hypothyroidism admitted in our department of endocrinology between February 2019 and May 2020 were divided into observation group(43 cases,Yougui Pill Decoction combined with euthyrox)and control group(42 cases,euthyrox)according to random number method.After 12 weeks of treatment,the clinical symptoms,thyroid function(TSH,FT4,FT3,T3,T4),antibody(TGAb,TPOAb)and blood lipids(TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C)changes were observed before and after treatment.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(95.35%vs.80.95%,P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores,TSH,TGAb,TPOAb,TC and LDL-C values were decreased and the decrease was more statistically significant in the observation group(P<0.05).After treatment,the FT4,FT3,T3 and T4 levels were increased,and the FT3,T3 and T4 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;the FT4 value was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in TG and HDL-C values between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusions Yougui Pill Decoction combined with euthyrox can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of hypothyroidism,improve dyslipidemia and immune function,and promote the recovery of thyroid function.
