摘　　要：目的分析耳穴压豆疗法对神经根型颈椎病患者的护理干预效果。方法选取2018年10月—2020年10月在医院诊治的60例神经根型颈椎病患者,随机分成两组,每组30例。对照组患者用传统推拿方法进行护理干预,观察组患者在对照组基础上用耳穴压豆疗法进行护理干预,比较两组患者护理前后的疼痛情况和睡眠问题,疼痛情况用疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)表示,睡眠问题用睡眠状况自评量表(SRSS)表示。结果干预前,两组的VAS疼痛评分和SRSS睡眠评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后,观察组与对照组的VAS疼痛评分和SRSS睡眠评分均有所降低,其中观察组VAS疼痛评分和SRSS睡眠评分均低于对照组VAS疼痛评分和SRSS睡眠评分(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论耳穴压豆疗法对神经根型颈椎病患者的护理干预效果很好,可改善患者疼痛情况和睡眠问题,提高患者生活质量。Objective To judge and analyze the nursing intervention effect of ear acupoint pressing bean therapy on patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods A total of 60 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy who were diagnosed and treated in the hospital from October 2018 to October 2020 were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group.The patients in the control group used traditional massage methods for nursing intervention,and those in the observation group used ear acupoint pressing bean therapy on the basis of the control group for nursing intervention.The pain and sleep problems of the two groups were compared before and after nursing.The pain was expressed by pain visual analogue scale(VAS),and the sleep problems were expressed by sleep status self rating scale(SRSS).Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group in VAS score or SRSS score,and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).After intervention,the VAS score and SRSS score of the observation group and the control group were decreased.The VAS score and SRSS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The ear acupoint pressing bean therapy is very effective in nursing intervention for patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,which can improve the pain and sleep problems and improve the quality of life of the patients.
