摘　　要：目的探讨白芥子咳喘贴与小儿疾病推拿联治脑瘫患儿反复呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法病例来自2019年7月—2020年7月河南中医药大学第一附属院儿童脑病诊疗康复中心的30例住院患儿。按照随机数字表,随机分为15例观察组(常规抗感染治疗方案加白芥子咳喘贴与小儿推拿治疗法)和15例对照组(常规抗感染治疗方案加小儿推拿治疗),观察治疗效果。结果观察组与对照组在治疗前上呼吸道感染主要证候评分相比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后上呼吸道感染主要证候评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后平素感染次数明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗期间不良事件发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论白芥子咳喘贴与小儿疾病推拿联治脑瘫患儿反复呼吸道感染有较好的临床效果,患儿呼吸道感染症状明显改善,提高治疗效果,治疗期间并未提高不良事件发生率,值得推广。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of the combination of white mustard cough and asthma paste and massage for children with recurrent respiratory tract infections in children with cerebral palsy.Methods The cases were from 30 hospitalized children in the Children’s Encephalopathy Diagnosis,Treatment and Rehabilitation Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2019 to July 2020.According to the random number table,they were randomly divided into 15 experimental groups(conventional anti-infective treatment plan plus white mustard cough paste and pediatric massage therapy)and 15 control groups(conventional anti-infective treatment plan plus pediatric massage therapy),using double-blind Methods Observe the treatment effect of the two groups of children.Results There was no significant difference in the scores of the main symptoms of upper respiratory tract infection between the experimental group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of the main symptoms of upper respiratory tract infection in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the number of infections in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between the experimental group and the control group during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of white mustard cough and asthma paste and massage for children with cerebral palsy has a good clinical effect in the treatment of recurrent respiratory infections in children with cerebral palsy.The symptoms of respiratory infections in children are significantly improved,and the
